School Tours
Program: The children will enjoy a wagon ride along the decorated pathways on our tractor-drawn wagons, listen to an educational session regarding farming, and take home a Pride of the Wapsi
pie pumpkin and coloring book.
Dates: May to October, Monday through Friday.
Tour #1 (1 hour and 15 minutes) is $5 for each person (student and adult). There is no charge for the teacher. There is minimum charge of $60 for groups
of twelve or less.
Activities on your own time:
- Eat lunch in our picnic area.
- Visit the corn and straw maze.
- Visit the farm animals.

Tour #2 (4 hours) is $7 for each person (student and adult). There is no charge for the teacher. There is a minimum charge of $140 (20 paying people)
for this field trip option. In addition to the activities listed under tour #1, the group will also will eat at our timber area, visit the cornfield maze,
assemble and take back to school a scarecrow (one for each 10 people). Also included is a pumpkin, corn shock & 12 gourds which can be used for decorating
the classroom or school.
Weather: Weather always varies--the country is much cooler than town. Please have the children dress in layers, wear old shoes & bring rain gear or sunscreen if necessary.
Our field trips do continue in the rain. Please call early if you cancel so we can cancel our employees.
Payment: We strongly urge you to pay for the field trip with a school purchase order, school check or a personal check from the teacher.
