Private Parties 

Fall Private Parties (Late September/October) - Reservations required
Everyday-- 4 pm to 10pm (October)

Party Barn for rent (May/September)
Seats 80 comfortably. Wood burning Stove, Electricity, refrigerator included.
$100/day with $50 deposit to reserve date.
Rent Cafe'/Kitchen for additional $75/day(Times limited.)
$25 returned if both Kitchen & Barn are cleaned properly.

Fall Private Parties (Late September/October)
Package 1--$5 per person. Minimum of 25 paying people
Includes: wagon ride to the timber area, fire & hot-dog forks, cornfield maze at timber location, children get small pumpkin. You provide the food and drink. There is a $25.00 deposit due within one week after reserving date to secure that date. Deposit will be applied to total fees due upon arrival.  Refundable only if raining at "patch" at reserved date and time.

Package 2--$8.00 per person. Minimum of 25 paying people.
Includes: wagon ride to the timber area, fire, hot-dog forks, hot dogs, buns, ketchup, mustard, soda, chips, cornfield maze at timber area, and children get small pumpkin. There is a $50.00 deposit due within one week after reserving date to secure that date. Deposit will be applied to total fees due upon arrival.  Refundable only if raining at "patch" at reserved date and time.

Package 3--$8.50 per person. Minimum of 25 paying people. Includes all of package #2 plus ingredients for making s'mores. There is a $50.00 deposit due within one week after reserving date to secure that date. Deposit will be applied to total fees due upon arrival.  Refundable only if raining at "patch" at reserved date and time.

Party area available with tent, tables, portapot, campfire, and cornfield maze. We ask that payment be made in one check upon arrival. The wagon ride is a distance from our grounds. Only one trip will be made to the timber area & it is not accessible by vehicle for any late arrivals.
